不銹鋼管銅翅片熱沉制造關鍵技術
The manufacturing technique of stainless steel pipe and copperplate structure in heat sink

摘要: 熱沉是航天器真空熱環(huán)境試驗設備的重要分系統(tǒng),提供空間冷黑環(huán)境。不銹鋼管與銅翅片熱沉是近幾年發(fā)展起來的一種新的熱沉結(jié)構。文章論述了不銹鋼管與銅翅片管板結(jié)構加工中的異質(zhì)金屬焊接和一次彎曲成型等一些關鍵技術,介紹了滿足焊接和成型需求的不銹鋼管-銅翅片結(jié)構設計方式和異質(zhì)金屬焊接可行的一些方法。描述了一次成型設備的設計原理、結(jié)構選擇、翅片和管板成型方式及電氣控制設計,并給出了具體的檢驗方法。Abstract: This paper first shows that the stainless steel pipe and copperplate structure are becoming the main components of the new heat sink, and molding technique is the key of their manufacturing. The key technique is explained through two methods of welding and forming. The design principles, material selections, wing molding, the structure of copperplate and stainless steel pipe, wing bending and electric control are discussed.
