一個(gè)帶間隙連接結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)梁基頻漂移影響研究

  • 摘要: 文章以一端夾支、另一端帶套筒連接結(jié)構(gòu)的梁作為研究對(duì)象,通過在連接結(jié)構(gòu)中引入間隙非線性因素,分別研究了在連接結(jié)構(gòu)處有無預(yù)緊力兩種情況時(shí)在均布載荷作用下梁的非線性幅頻響應(yīng)。同時(shí),利用改進(jìn)的振型轉(zhuǎn)化法及連續(xù)振型法對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行建模,采用伽遼金近似得到系統(tǒng)的非線性受迫振動(dòng)方程;針對(duì)實(shí)際算例,用龍格-庫(kù)塔法得到了其數(shù)值解,討論了此算例梁的頻率漂移結(jié)果,從而得到了對(duì)研究航天器地面振動(dòng)試驗(yàn)中的頻率漂移現(xiàn)象有價(jià)值的結(jié)論。

     

    Abstract: For a beam with one end clamped and the other end connected by a sleeve joint subjected to distributed force and with a gap, the nonlinear frequency response is studied, under conditons with and without pre-load. The improved mode transfer method and the continuous amplitude method are both adopted to model the system, Galerkin’s approximation is applied to the beam’s equations of motion. Then for a study case, Runge-Kutta method is used to carry out the numerical analysis. The nonlinear amplitude-frequency respose is obtained. The results can be used for studying the frequncy-shift phenomenon in the spacecraft ground test.
