質(zhì)子輻照對防靜電熱控涂層導(dǎo)電性能影響

The effects of proton irradiation on electrical properties of thermal control coatings

  • 摘要: 文章研究了質(zhì)子輻照環(huán)境對兩種防靜電熱控涂層(ITO/F46/Ag、ITO/OSR/Ag)導(dǎo)電性能的影響,質(zhì)子總注量選取1×1015 p/cm2,并在不同質(zhì)子注量下對試樣表面電阻率進(jìn)行了原位測量。試驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),質(zhì)子輻照下兩種防靜電熱控涂層的表面電阻率均呈指數(shù)衰減趨勢,且回至大氣中出現(xiàn)明顯的“恢復(fù)效應(yīng)”。對涂層導(dǎo)電性能退化的微觀機(jī)制進(jìn)行了分析,并建立了相應(yīng)導(dǎo)電性能演化規(guī)律的簡化數(shù)學(xué)模型,可為新型涂層的研制提供理論依據(jù)。

     

    Abstract: This paper studies the effects of proton irradiation on electrical properties of two kinds of antistatic thermal control coatings (ITO/F46/Ag, ITO/OSR/Ag). The maximun fluence of proton is set as 1.5×1015 p/cm2, and the surface resistivity of each sample is measured in situ under different fluences. It is found that the surface resistivity of the samples is in an exponentially decreasing trend for both kinds of coatings, with a recovery of resistivity when the sample is re-exposed to the air. This paper analyzes the degradation mechanism of electrical properties with simple mathematical models, which may serve as a theoretical basis for developing new thermal control coatings.
