長(zhǎng)時(shí)間累積檢漏技術(shù)的可行性研究

Feasibility of leak detection by prolonging the cumulative time

  • 摘要: 隨著載人航天器向大型化和長(zhǎng)時(shí)間在軌的方向發(fā)展,現(xiàn)有總漏率測(cè)試方法的檢漏靈敏度已經(jīng)不能滿足設(shè)計(jì)需求,通過延長(zhǎng)總漏率測(cè)試時(shí)間提高靈敏度的方法亟需研究。文章從理論分析和試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證兩個(gè)方面研究了長(zhǎng)時(shí)間累積檢漏技術(shù)的可行性,為后續(xù)大型航天器檢漏提供參考。

     

    Abstract: With the increase of the size of a manned spacecraft and its adoption of a long-term orbit, the sensitivity of the total leak rate detection method may not be able to satisfy the requirement of the design. So one should improve the sensitivity by prolonging the test time. This paper shows its feasibility based on theoretical analysis and test data. This method can be used for large spacecraft's leak detections.
