載人航天器結(jié)構(gòu)工藝瓶頸及對(duì)策
Analysis of bottlenecks in the manufacture process for manned spacecraft

摘要: 文章對(duì)我國載人航天器工藝需求進(jìn)行了分析,對(duì)載人航天器現(xiàn)存的薄壁結(jié)構(gòu)殘余應(yīng)力控制與消除技術(shù)、載人密封結(jié)構(gòu)高可靠低應(yīng)力焊接技術(shù)、碳纖維復(fù)合材料應(yīng)用技術(shù)等工藝瓶頸進(jìn)行了研究,并針對(duì)工藝瓶頸提出了解決對(duì)策。Abstract: The requirements of manufacture process techniques for China's manned spacecraft are analyzed in this paper. Measures and suggestions are put forward to tackle with relevant technical bottlenecks: the existing residual stress control and elimination technology for thin-walled structures of manned spacecraft, the high-reliable low-stress welding technology for sealed structures, and the application of carbon fiber composites.
