Application of refrigeration technology with mixed working fluid medium in environment simulators

  • 摘要: 在-80℃的熱真空環(huán)境模擬試驗采用混合工質(zhì)制冷的環(huán)模設(shè)備能克服液氮制冷的不足。文章提出了環(huán)模設(shè)備混合工質(zhì)制冷系統(tǒng)的方案,介紹了混合工質(zhì)制冷技術(shù)的流程、性能,提供了采用混合工質(zhì)制冷的部組件的環(huán)模設(shè)備的調(diào)試結(jié)果。結(jié)果表明該設(shè)備各系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定、可靠,滿足熱真空試驗要求。

     

    Abstract: To improve the conventional refrigeration technology using liquid nitrogen, for a low temperature in thermal vacuum environment simulating test at -80 ℃, the mixed working fluids refrigeration technology is adopted in an environment simulator where thermal shrouds temperature can reach -130 ℃. In this paper, mixed working fluids refrigerator in an environment simulator is designed, and its working flow and performance are described. The results show that the facility can work reliably, and its performance can meet the requirement of thermal vacuum test.
