液態(tài)工質(zhì)與示漏氣體He的漏率等效關(guān)系研究

  • 摘要: 研究密封管路液態(tài)工質(zhì)與示漏氣體He間的漏率等效關(guān)系,對(duì)提高檢漏工作的準(zhǔn)確性和可靠性有著重要意義。文章以環(huán)控生保系統(tǒng)中密封管路所用的液態(tài)工質(zhì)(全氟三乙胺,乙二醇)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)液體的流態(tài)及泄漏的相態(tài)進(jìn)行理論分析,得出液態(tài)工質(zhì)與He氣漏率等效關(guān)系的數(shù)值區(qū)間,并利用質(zhì)譜分析技術(shù),采用金屬壓扁型漏孔模擬真實(shí)的泄漏孔隙進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,液態(tài)工質(zhì)與示漏氣體的漏率比值在理論數(shù)值區(qū)間之內(nèi),流動(dòng)過(guò)程中呈現(xiàn)兩相流的狀態(tài),并且乙二醇的漏率要比He氣小,而全氟三乙胺的漏率要比He氣大。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果為研究液體泄漏過(guò)程及液、氣漏率等效關(guān)系提供了基本方法和基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。

     

    Abstract: The leak equivalent relationship between liquid and helium is an important issue to avoid the leaking of liquid medium in the sealed pipes and to improve the accuracy and reliability of leak detection. This paper studies the liquid working mediums (C2H6O2 and C6F15N) in the sealed pipes of the environment control and life protection system. The ranges for leak rate equivalent relationship between liquid and helium were theoretically analyzed. The leak rates of liquid and helium through metal aperture were measured by the technology of quantitative analysis of quadrupole mass spectrometry. The experimental results show that the leak rate equivalent relationships are all in good agreement with the theoretical predictions. The liquid leaking process involves two-phase flows, moreover, the leak rate of C2H6O2 is much less than that of helium, and the leak rate of C6F15N is more than that of the helium leak rate. The results provide a basic method and some important data for researching fluid leak and the leak equivalent relationship between liquid and gas.
