  • 摘要: 文章簡要介紹了變極性等離子弧焊接技術(shù)在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展狀況以及新一代大型載人航天器密封艙體的結(jié)構(gòu)和材料焊接特點,對變極性等離子弧焊接技術(shù)的工程化應(yīng)用難點進行了分析,并提出關(guān)鍵工藝解決措施。通過研究和試驗驗證表明,采用變極性等離子弧焊接技術(shù)是解決中厚度鋁合金焊接結(jié)構(gòu)最好的工藝方案之一;對變極性等離子弧自動焊接技術(shù)的應(yīng)用前景進行了展望。

     

    Abstract: The technique of variable polarity plasma arc welding(VPPAW) is analyzed in terms of its development history. The application of VPPAW for materials and structures of China's new type large-size spacecraft is discussed with special emphasis on the engineering challenges, and then the countermeasures are proposed. Studies and tests show that VPPAW is one of the best processing schemes for the welding of medium-thick aluminum alloy structures. The application prospects of this technique are evaluated.
