The fitting techniques for steel-wire screw caps in spacecraft assembling

  • 摘要: 文章針對鋼絲螺套在航天器總裝過程中的特點，介紹了鋼絲螺套的作用、結(jié)構(gòu)，結(jié)合作者多年的總裝實踐經(jīng)驗，總結(jié)出一套鋼絲螺套的安裝、拆卸、裝配及檢驗方法和技巧；針對總裝操作中存在的困難，給出了一些解決總裝中鋼絲螺套裝配存在的問題的辦法。

     

    Abstract: This paper discusses the characteristics of wire thread inserts used in spacecraft assembly, their structures and typical functions. Based on many years of experience in spacecraft assembly, the author proposes a series of techniques or skills concerning wire thread insert fixing, demounting, assembling and checking. Considering the difficulties in operating wire thread inserts in AIT stage, this paper gives some trouble-shooting methods.
