論航天型號(hào)項(xiàng)目的協(xié)作及項(xiàng)目群的管理

The cooperation within a space project and the management of the project group

摘要: 文章主要針對(duì)我國(guó)航天型號(hào)項(xiàng)目管理中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析和研究。例如在大型環(huán)境試驗(yàn)和總裝過(guò)程中,，單一項(xiàng)目的管理已經(jīng)日臻完善；但面對(duì)更加繁重的任務(wù)和巨大的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,，單一項(xiàng)目的管理所暴露出的問(wèn)題也越發(fā)明顯,。文章擬用項(xiàng)目群的管理思路來(lái)完善和豐富項(xiàng)目管理體系，從而促進(jìn)環(huán)境試驗(yàn)和總裝的項(xiàng)目管理水平,。

Abstract: This paper discusses the problems in the management of a space project in our country. For example, in the process of the spacecraft system-level assembly, integration and test (AIT), while the individual project management may be adequate, some intrinsic defects would appear when dealing with more arduous task and huge possibilities for development. This paper proposes a new concept of project group management, with an aim to improve the management of AIT process in spacecraft development projects.
