力限控制方法試驗驗證技術(shù)研究

The Application of Force Limited Method in Vibration Test

摘要: 文章以某型號承力筒縱向振動力限控制試驗為例，對力限控制試驗平臺進行了介紹，包括力限試驗夾具及力測量設(shè)備(FMD)、力信號采集和處理技術(shù)、力傳感器校準(zhǔn)技術(shù)等。對承力筒力限控制試驗結(jié)果和加速度控制試驗結(jié)果進行比較，指出力限控制方法對控制精度和試驗結(jié)果的影響，并探討了在我國航天器振動試驗中應(yīng)用力限控制方法需要面對的問題及可能的解決辦法，為力限試驗驗證技術(shù)的深入開展提供了參考。

Abstract: Taking the vibration test in the vertical direction of a satellite central tube as an example, the test platform to implement the force limited vibration test is presented, including the fixture and FMD, force signal acquisition and processing, force transducer calibrating. The control precision and test results of the force limited method are compared with those of the acceleration controlled method. The problems of the force limited method to be used in spacecraft vibration tests are discussed.
