天線指向微調(diào)機構(gòu)壽命分析及試驗驗證

  • 摘要: 考慮到各種環(huán)境因素可能對天線波束指向產(chǎn)生影響以及星載天線在軌服務(wù)區(qū)重置的需求，越來越多的星載天線要求具有在軌指向微調(diào)功能。文章針對一種天線微調(diào)機構(gòu)，利用磨損程度評估技術(shù)開展了其壽命預(yù)估，同時使用加速壽命試驗完成了其壽命試驗考核工作。

     

    Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of the antenna beam pointing and the reformation of antenna coverage pattern in orbit, more and more satellites are equipped with the function of the antenna beam pointing adjustment. This paper discusses one kind of fine adjustment antenna pointing mechanism. Firstly, the life of this mechanism is evaluated by the accumulative wear out method, and then the life test of this mechanism is proposed by using the thermal vacuum accelerated life test method.
