The application of digitization technology in satellite general assembly

摘要: 文章介紹了當(dāng)前國外數(shù)字化裝配技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀，并從建立衛(wèi)星數(shù)字化裝配協(xié)調(diào)體系、面向裝配的并行數(shù)字化技術(shù)、建立包含數(shù)字化裝配的仿真過程、數(shù)字化裝配仿真與協(xié)調(diào)、裝配生產(chǎn)線的工裝設(shè)計制造技術(shù)、裝配現(xiàn)場的數(shù)字化應(yīng)用技術(shù)和數(shù)字化質(zhì)量控制技術(shù)等方面較全面地闡述了衛(wèi)星數(shù)字化裝配技術(shù)的研究內(nèi)容和實施方案，指出了衛(wèi)星裝配數(shù)字化技術(shù)的應(yīng)用將使衛(wèi)星集成技術(shù)能力實現(xiàn)重大突破。

Abstract: The state of the arts of the digitalized assembly technology is reviewed. Research and implementation of the satellite digitalized assembly technology is discussed, including how to build the satellite digitalized assembly system, the parallel digitalized assembly technology, the simulation process, the design and equipment for the assembly production line, the digitalized assembly application technology and the digitization quality control technology. At the same time, it is shown that the digitalized satellite assembly technology means a significant breakthrough of the satellite integration technology.
