Large solar simulator development technologies

  • 摘要: 文章簡(jiǎn)要介紹了國(guó)外典型的大型太陽(yáng)模擬器及其技術(shù)指標(biāo),并對(duì)其研制過(guò)程中的相關(guān)技術(shù)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了較為全面的總結(jié),包括光源的選擇及點(diǎn)燃方式、光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的選用與設(shè)計(jì)、光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的裝校、太陽(yáng)模擬器性能測(cè)量以及冷卻等,為我國(guó)研制KM6太陽(yáng)模擬器提供了技術(shù)借鑒與參考。文章最后討論了KM6太陽(yáng)模擬器的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,提出擬采用中等功率的氙燈作為光源,并將氙燈的點(diǎn)燃方式從垂直點(diǎn)燃改成水平點(diǎn)燃,避免了由于平面反射鏡的存在而導(dǎo)致15%的能量損失。

     

    Abstract: This paper discusses the technical specifications of typical large solar simulators abroad, and the key technologies of their development. The key technologies include the choosing of light source, the way of ignition, the optical system design and alignment, the performance measurement and cooling of the solar simulator, all of which have an important bearing for developing the KM6 solar simulator in China. The general design scheme of the KM6 solar simulator is discussed. In this scheme, the moderate power xenon lamp is proposed as the light source, and the horizontal operation of the lamp instead of the vertical operation is considered, to avoid 15% energy loss due to the existence of the reflective mirror.
