環(huán)氧樹脂648和TDE-85的質(zhì)子輻照損傷效應(yīng)研究

  • 摘要: 通過地面模擬空間環(huán)境質(zhì)子輻照條件(質(zhì)子能量Ep=150 keV,束流密度A=2.0×1012 cm-2?s-1,輻照劑量范圍Φ=(0~5.0)×1016 cm-2;真空度10-6 Pa,環(huán)境溫度120 K),研究了不同輻照劑量下環(huán)氧樹脂澆注體648和TDE-85的質(zhì)量損失、彎曲強度和表面粗糙度的變化。試驗結(jié)果表明,隨著輻照劑量的增加,質(zhì)量損失呈現(xiàn)先加速遞增后趨于平緩的趨勢;648的彎曲強度呈單邊下降趨勢,TDE-85的彎曲強度呈現(xiàn)先上升后下降的趨勢,樹脂表面產(chǎn)生了碳化效應(yīng),表面粗糙度發(fā)生了不同程度的變化。

     

    Abstract: Mass lose, bending strength and surface coarseness of epoxy resin 648 and TDE-85 with different irradiation dosages are studied by simulating proton irradiation conditions of space environment on the ground, that is proton energy Ep=150 keV, beam density A=2.0×1012 cm-2s-1, irradiation dosage range Φ=(0~5.0)×1016 cm-2, vacuum degree 10-6 Pa, and environment temperature 120 K. The test results show that with the increase of irradiation dosage, mass lose tends to increase sharply at first and then to grow gently, bending strength of epoxy resin 648 decreases monotonically, bending strength of TDE-85 increases firstly and then decreases, the resin surface shows carbonization effects and surface coarseness changes to some extents.
