力限三向FMD的設(shè)計及應(yīng)用
The design of three-dimensional FMD and its application in force-limited tests

摘要: 力限控制技術(shù)是加速度和力的雙重控制,能有效解決力學(xué)振動試驗中的過試驗和欠試驗問題。文章在垂直向力限研究的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)引進的三向力傳感器設(shè)計了三向FMD(Force Measurement Device)。利用有限元法和振動試驗對設(shè)計的三向FMD進行了分析和調(diào)試。使用設(shè)計的三向FMD成功實施了某型號衛(wèi)星承力筒的垂直向、水平向力限控制試驗研究,達到了預(yù)期的研究目的。Abstract: The force-limited control is the dual-control of acceleration and force, and can be used to solve the over-test and under-test problems in the vibration test. The design of the three-dimensional FMD(Force Measurement Device)is based on the previous study on vertical force-limited control, new force sensors, FEM calculations and vibration tests. The three-dimensional FMD is used in a cube’s vertical and horizontal force-limited test, with satisfactory results.
