銅-康銅微細熱電偶制作新工藝

A new manufacture process of Cu-CuNi fine thermocouple

  • 摘要: 熱電偶是航天器真空熱試驗中應(yīng)用最廣泛的溫度傳感器,它的制作工藝決定了其產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和可靠性。文章以銅-康銅微細熱電偶的制作工藝為例,提出并實現(xiàn)了一種在惰性氣體保護條件下利用高壓放電技術(shù)進行熱電偶焊接制作的工藝方法。這種方法具有操作簡單、成品率高的特點,極大提高了熱電偶的制作效率,并且解決了熱電偶制作過程中因氧化而引入第三種材質(zhì)的問題。

     

    Abstract: The thermocouple is the most widely used temperature sensor in the vacuum thermal tests of spacecraft. Its manufacturing process directly affects the product quality and reliability. Taking the manufacturing process of Cu-CuNi fine thermocouple as an example, this paper proposes and has realized a new method to complete the welding of thermocouple by the high-pressure discharge technique under the protection of inert gas. This method is characterized by easier operation and higher rate of acceptability, which greatly improves the efficiency of thermocouple's manufacturing. Besides, the problem of introducing another material during the manufacturing process is avoided.
