載人航天器密封艙非金屬材料低壓脫出有害氣體試驗(yàn)研究
Experimental study of dangerous outgassing under low pressure from nonmetallic materials in sealed cabin of manned spacecraft

摘要: 載人航天器艙內(nèi)使用的大量非金屬材料在密封環(huán)境條件下會(huì)緩慢脫出有害氣體。文章通過(guò)選取艙內(nèi)典型的非金屬材料,進(jìn)行了材料在低壓環(huán)境下脫出有害氣體的試驗(yàn),獲得了低壓環(huán)境對(duì)材料脫氣速度和質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)的影響,研究結(jié)果可為航天器艙內(nèi)環(huán)境控制提供參考。Abstract: Nonmetallic materials used in the airtight chamber of manned spacecraft may emit toxic gas in different rate and concentration. In this paper, some typical nonmetallic materials are chosen for low-pressure outgassing experiments, and the effects of the outgassing volume and rate under different low-pressure conditions are studied.
