摘要: 文章分3篇10章詳細(xì)介紹了穩(wěn)態(tài)加速度模擬試驗(yàn)設(shè)備——離心機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)。 上篇對(duì)穩(wěn)態(tài)加速度環(huán)境及其效應(yīng)、試驗(yàn)方法和相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作了闡述;中篇(上)系統(tǒng)介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外該類離心機(jī)發(fā)展的基本歷程、概貌及典型離心機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)細(xì)節(jié),并對(duì)其適當(dāng)予以小結(jié)與點(diǎn)評(píng);中篇(下)對(duì)離心機(jī)運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)進(jìn)行基本理論分析,研究總體設(shè)計(jì)和部件設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題,提出離心機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)原則及相應(yīng)計(jì)算方法;下篇通過(guò)一個(gè)國(guó)家“七五”科技攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目的研制報(bào)告作為實(shí)例,提供讀者進(jìn)行具體設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)參考。 文中,作者對(duì)多年累積的技術(shù)資料與實(shí)踐心得進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)整理與歸納,力求梳理出一條研制穩(wěn)態(tài)加速度模擬用離心機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)思路與實(shí)用程序,使其兼具資料性、技術(shù)性與實(shí)用性。該文對(duì)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究者和技術(shù)人員將有一定啟發(fā)與助益,對(duì)其他類同設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)也有某些觸類旁通作用,對(duì)該專業(yè)有興趣的讀者也可作為參考讀物。 文章主要探討的對(duì)象是中型、大型、特大型航空航天離心機(jī),土工離心機(jī)和載人離心機(jī)。在第5章中主要介紹了中國(guó)的離心機(jī),包括:長(zhǎng)江科學(xué)院、中國(guó)工程物理研究院、中國(guó)直升機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)研究所、中國(guó)空間技術(shù)研究院研制的各類土工離心機(jī)及載人離心機(jī)概況,重點(diǎn)就其總體布局、主機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了研究,盡可能提供設(shè)備外形及細(xì)節(jié)詳圖,并予以點(diǎn)評(píng)。Abstract: This paper is divided into three parts and ten chapters to discuss the non-standard steady state acceleration simulation test equipment—centrifuge—in detail. The first part discusses the steady state acceleration environment and its effect, the correlation testing methods and the national standards. The second partⅠdiscusses the domestic and foreign centrifuge developments and the structures with a brief history and provides a more comprehensive structure survey for all kinds of centrifuges. The second partⅡpresents the elementary theoretical analysis, the research general layout design and the components design, the principles of design and the computational method. The third part provides a practical design example. The main concern of this paper is the medium, large-scale, and extra-large type aerospace centrifuges, the geotechnical centrifuges and the human centrifuges.
