第二代490N發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)熱控設(shè)計(jì)

Themal control design of the second generation 490 N engine

  • 摘要: 為解決“東方紅四號(hào)”衛(wèi)星平臺(tái)因第二代490 N發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)點(diǎn)火而導(dǎo)致其周邊重要結(jié)構(gòu)件溫度偏高的問題,重新對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)周邊結(jié)構(gòu)件的熱控進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),包括采取隔熱墊、高溫隔熱屏、熱防護(hù)筒及控制對(duì)接框表面狀態(tài)參數(shù)等熱控措施,同時(shí)利用TMG熱分析軟件對(duì)改進(jìn)的熱設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了分析驗(yàn)證。分析結(jié)果表明:對(duì)接框在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)點(diǎn)火期間的最高溫度為57.5℃,小于溫度指標(biāo)上限值(70℃),且余量充足;發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)支架的熱變形情況也滿足指標(biāo)要求,驗(yàn)證了改進(jìn)熱控設(shè)計(jì)的正確性。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problem of extremely high temperature in some important components of the engine on the DFH-4 satellite platform caused by me high temperanlre of the second generation 490 N engine uIlder worldng conditions, a thermal control scheme about the engine is pmposed. Methods such as the thermal isolators, the heat insulation screen for high temperature, the heat protection cover and the sue surface controlling are adopted, and the memal control design is validated by me themal analysis tool of software TMG. It is shown that the maximal temperature of the docking structure is 57. 5℃ when the engine is workjng, and it is quite lower man its upperlimit of temperature(70℃). The thermal distortion of the bracket is also within the requirements. Thermal control desgin thus validated.
