液體推進劑爆炸沖擊波的數(shù)值模擬

Numerical simulation of explosion shock wave in air with liquid propellant

  • 摘要: 針對現(xiàn)有液體推進劑爆炸實驗危險性高、耗費大以及實驗條件嚴格及重復性差等缺點及難點,利用Autodyn軟件分別對一維和二維兩種情況下液體推進劑爆炸產(chǎn)生的沖擊波進行數(shù)值模擬,并與經(jīng)驗預測及相關實驗研究進行比較分析。研究結果表明:在距離大于10 m時,利用軟件模擬計算的結果與經(jīng)驗公式一致性較好,兩者偏差不超過5%。數(shù)值模擬不僅可以準確捕捉?jīng)_擊波峰值壓力,而且還能夠較準確地得到液體推進劑在空氣中爆炸時沖擊波的衰減過程,為液體推進劑爆炸事故的毀傷評估和安全防護奠定了基礎。

     

    Abstract: The traditional experimental study of the explosion with liquid propellant explosion is difficult, therefore, simulation studies are necessary. By using the Autodyn software, the shock waves generated by the explosion of liquid propellant in the air with liquid propellant are simulated in one-dimensional and two-dimensional cases, respectively. The results are compared with those obtained from the empirical formula and the experimental studies, with good agreement.. Not only can the peak overpressure be obtained accurately, but also the attenuation process can be made clear. The simulations thus play a significant role for the safety protection and the damage assessment for liquid propellant explosions.
