模擬月塵對(duì)巡視器車輪輪軸材料的磨損試驗(yàn)研究

Abrasion test on wheel and axle materials of lunar rover under the influence of simulation lunar dust

  • 摘要: 文章以CE-3巡視器車輪輪軸為研究對(duì)象,利用北京衛(wèi)星環(huán)境工程研究所的月塵環(huán)境模擬器、摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)以及自行研制的模擬月塵,對(duì)車輪輪軸主要材料進(jìn)行了磨損試驗(yàn)研究。試驗(yàn)樣品為輪軸常用的鋁合金、聚四氟乙烯及軸承鋼。文章分析了試驗(yàn)前后樣品的表面形貌,采用測(cè)試系統(tǒng)獲得了輪軸材料在不同試驗(yàn)條件下的摩擦系數(shù)曲線,采用電子天平測(cè)量了材料的質(zhì)量損失;分析了真空、大氣、有無月塵等試驗(yàn)條件以及材料本身在磨損試驗(yàn)中的效應(yīng)。研究結(jié)果可為月面巡視器等月面應(yīng)用設(shè)備的研制提供可借鑒的信息。

     

    Abstract: This paper discusses the wheel and the axle of the CE-3 rover. The abrasion test for wheel and axle materials is conducted by using the lunar dust, the environment simulator, the friction-abrasion test machine and the lunar dust simulator developed by Beijing Institute of Spacecraft Environment Engineering (BISEE). The influence of lunar dust grains on the abrasion characteristics of materials is studied. The sample materials include the aluminum alloy and Teflon and steel materials used for axle. The surface micro structures before test and after test are analyzed. The friction coefficient curves are acquired in the vacuum grain environment. The mass loss of materials is obtained by weighing, to see how the vacuum environment, the lunar dust grain and materials characteristics influence the abrasion characteristics.
