高溫超導(dǎo)諧振器技術(shù)及其應(yīng)用研究綜述

  • 摘要: 目前,用超導(dǎo)臨界溫度比較高、微波表面電阻Rs較小、超導(dǎo)性能穩(wěn)定的高溫超導(dǎo)薄膜制成的高溫超導(dǎo)諧振器已在工程上得到廣泛應(yīng)用。高溫超導(dǎo)諧振器較其他諧振器具有Q值高、噪聲小、損耗低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。它不僅可作為高性能微波器件使用,還可用來開展超導(dǎo)薄膜或介質(zhì)襯底材料的微波性能研究,在航天領(lǐng)域有望用于空間原子鐘。文章對(duì)高溫超導(dǎo)諧振器的原理、結(jié)構(gòu)、各領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用及國內(nèi)外研究情況進(jìn)行綜述,并給出我國發(fā)展此項(xiàng)技術(shù)的建議。

     

    Abstract: Since the discovery of high-temperature superconductors with superconducting transition temperature higher than the boiling point of liquid nitrogen, studies have been focused to obtain them, which usually feature high superconducting critical temperature, low Rs and stable performance. They see considerable applications in engineering areas. The high-temperature superconducting resonator is an example. Compared with the normal resonators, the high-temperature superconducting resonator has high Q, small size, light weight, low noise, and other good qualities. It not only can be used in microwave devices, but also can be used to study the microwave properties of superconducting film or dielectric substrate material.
