半導(dǎo)體激光準(zhǔn)直儀設(shè)計

Design of Semiconductor Laser Collimator

  • 摘要: 根據(jù)KM6太陽模擬器光學(xué)裝校系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)要求,文章提出了半導(dǎo)體激光器輸出光束的兩套準(zhǔn)直方案。分別介紹了這兩套技術(shù)方案的原理,并進行了比較,決定采用在激光器前加前準(zhǔn)直光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的方案。介紹了準(zhǔn)直光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,并對所設(shè)計的光學(xué)鏡頭進行了像質(zhì)分析;設(shè)計了與光學(xué)系統(tǒng)相配套的機械結(jié)構(gòu),給出了激光光束的準(zhǔn)直性分析。結(jié)果表明:自行設(shè)計的半導(dǎo)體激光準(zhǔn)直儀,技術(shù)指標(biāo)明顯優(yōu)于市場上可提供的光束發(fā)散角為5~8 mrad的半導(dǎo)體激光準(zhǔn)直儀。為KM6太陽模擬器光學(xué)系統(tǒng)裝校工作順利進行提供了保證。

     

    Abstract: According to technical requirement of KM6 solar simulator optical adjustment system, two kinds of schemes are putted forward to collimate semiconductor laser beam. The scheme of foreground collimating optical system is adopted as the principles of two technical schemes are introduced and compared. The design of optical system, analysis of the imaging quality of optical system, design of the mechanical structure for optical system, and analysis of the collimation character of collimated laser beam are introduced. The results show that qualification of the semiconductor laser collimator is better than that available, which beam angle of divergence is 5~8 mrad, and therefore the adjusting work of KM6 solar simulator optical system can be going on.
