Analysis of Pressure and Temperature Responses on Differential Pressure Leak Detection

  • 摘要: 文章建立了差壓檢漏系統(tǒng)物理和數(shù)學(xué)模型;利用Matlab數(shù)值模擬求解非對稱的基準(zhǔn)物和被測物在不同的充氣時間、有效傳熱面積、對流換熱系數(shù)和不同的表面輻射率情況下的壓力和溫度隨時間的響應(yīng);通過試驗艙的計算結(jié)果表明:平衡時間越長,基準(zhǔn)物和被測物的溫度差越小,壓差越小;當(dāng)基準(zhǔn)物容積比被測物容積小時,可以通過增大被測物的有效傳熱面積、表面的對流換熱系數(shù)和輻射率來縮短溫度平衡時間,減小二者壓差。

     

    Abstract: A physical and mathematical model for the differential pressure leak detection is established in the paper. The pressure and temperature responses are calculated and analyzed based on Matlab numerical simulation software for different parameters, such as charging time, heat transfer coefficient, effective heat transfer area and irradiation coefficient. The results show that the longer the balance time, the smaller the differential pressure and temperature. When the master volume is smaller than the tested volume, the differential pressure and temperature can be reduced by increasing the tested tank parameters, such as effective heat transfer area, heat transfer coefficient and irradiation coefficient.
