衛(wèi)星用熱控涂層噴涂方式研究

  • 摘要: 熱控涂層是保證衛(wèi)星正常工作、延長(zhǎng)衛(wèi)星在軌工作壽命的重要溫控手段。傳統(tǒng)的噴涂方式雖能滿足質(zhì)量要求,但存在一定的問(wèn)題。文章結(jié)合衛(wèi)星常用熱控涂層的性能和特殊性要求,首先分析了涂層與基底材料的熱學(xué)性能、力學(xué)性能,進(jìn)而對(duì)各種常用噴涂方式進(jìn)行適用性試驗(yàn)研究,最終確定無(wú)氣噴涂是較適用于衛(wèi)星熱控涂層的噴涂方式。

     

    Abstract: The thermal coatings used for satellites are an important issue, related with its performance and its working life. This paper discusses the performance and the particular request of the commonly used thermal coatings. Firstly, we make a review of the commonly used spray coating methods. And then, we analyze the heat performance and the mechanical properties of the thermal coatings and the backing material. In the end, we carry out experiments with a variety of methods. A new method is found, which is applicable to the thermal control coatings for a satellite.
