衛(wèi)星真空熱試驗用紅外加熱籠抗熱干擾設(shè)計

摘要: 目前在衛(wèi)星真空熱試驗中，通常采用紅外加熱籠進行外熱流模擬，但由于紅外籠與空間環(huán)境模擬器熱沉之間及相鄰紅外籠加熱區(qū)之間的熱干擾而會產(chǎn)生模擬誤差。文章利用EFD.Lab軟件針對熱干擾問題進行了仿真分析，提出了紅外籠補償邊（“裙邊”）和防輻射屏設(shè)計的兩項改進措施，并通過試驗驗證了抗熱干擾措施的有效性。Abstract: The software of EFD.lab is used in the simulation analysis of the disturbance in the heating regions in infrared radiate arrays. The proposed measures with respect to compensation border and radiation protection screen are validated by experiments.
