  • 摘要: 文章針對空間站大型密封艙結(jié)構(gòu)對整體壁板彎曲展開尺寸精度有較高的要求,應(yīng)用塑性彎曲理論及假設(shè),對帶網(wǎng)狀筋壁板的塑性彎曲過程進(jìn)行了分析,并通過簡化計算確定了壁板彎曲過程中展開中性層與壁板內(nèi)表面的距離,又根據(jù)中性層位置確定了壁板的精確展開長度。經(jīng)過與彎曲試驗數(shù)據(jù)的對比,表明該簡化算法的精度能夠滿足產(chǎn)品尺寸精度,為相似結(jié)構(gòu)的展開計算提供了依據(jù)。

     

    Abstract: The large sealed cabin of space station calls for high processing precision of the panel wall. Based on the plastic bending theory, the plastic bending process was analyzed for the interlaced stiffened panel wall. The interval between the expanded neutral layer and the inboard surface was calculated by a simplified algorithm, and the exact expanding length was decided with that value. Comparing with the testing data, it shows that the precision of the simplified arithmetic theory can satisfy the processing of the product, which can provide guidance for the expanding arithmetic of similar structures.
