Experimental of Seal Performance of Spherical Sealing Joint

  • 摘要: 球面密封結構是衛(wèi)星推進系統(tǒng)中重要的密封結構。為了對它的密封性能進行研究，專門設計了一個試驗平臺，選擇了相應的檢漏設備、充氣設備和安裝設備。經過試驗，發(fā)現了密封表面加工質量對密封性能的影響。經過分析，研究了球面結構的泄漏機理，提出了保證密封性能的措施。

     

    Abstract: Spherical sealing joint is an important joint in propulsion system of satellite. To study its sealing ability, some experiments are conducted. An experiment system with Puffing facility, detector and wrench is designed for the experiment. The results show that sealing performance is affected by the processing of the sphere surface and the cone-shape surface of spherical sealing joint, and the rational assembly.
