Degradation model of optical properties of thermal control coating irradiated by charged particles

  • 摘要: 帶電粒子輻照將引起材料折射率和消光系數(shù)的變化。文章首先介紹了帶電粒子在熱控涂層中的劑量深度分布,接著利用漸變折射率概念建立了劑量深度分布和材料折射率與消光系數(shù)的關(guān)系,給出了熱控涂層光學(xué)性能變化的分析模型,最后對(duì)這一理論的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了討論。

     

    Abstract: Charged particle radiation will bring about changes of the refractive index and the extinction coefficient of the thermal control coating. The dose-depth distribution of charged particles in the thermal control coating is first discussed, then a relationship between the dose-depth and the refractive index and the extinction coefficient of materials is proposed based on the concept of the graded index, and based on that relationship, the optical property change of the thermal control coating is obtained. At last, the applications of this theoretical model are discussed.
