摘要: “資源一號(hào)”衛(wèi)星火工控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的正確性,、合理性和可靠性、安全性,,與衛(wèi)星成敗有著非常密切的聯(lián)系,。文章重點(diǎn)描述了“資源一號(hào)”衛(wèi)星火工控制系統(tǒng)可靠性安全性的設(shè)計(jì),主要包括火工控制系統(tǒng)的點(diǎn)火電路設(shè)計(jì),、點(diǎn)火通路電纜設(shè)計(jì),、太陽(yáng)電池板(文中簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)太陽(yáng)翼)可靠展開(kāi)的冗余設(shè)計(jì)和點(diǎn)火限流電阻的設(shè)計(jì)等4方面內(nèi)容,尤其在點(diǎn)火限流電阻的選取和設(shè)計(jì)方面進(jìn)行了完善和提高,。Abstract: The correctness, rationality and reliability of a design play an important role in the success of the satellite’s mission. This paper discusses the reliability and security design of the CBERS pyro control system, including the ignition circuit design, the ignition cable design, the deployment signal design of solar array generator (SAG) and the limit resistance design, with special emphasis on the improvement of the limit resistance.
