真空羽流氣相沉積污染初步研究

A Preliminary Study on Gas Phase Vacuum Plume Deposition Contamination

  • 摘要: 從固體表面對氣體分子的作用著手分析氣相羽流沉積污染的內(nèi)在機理,闡述了固體表面對氣體分子的物理吸附、化學吸附特性,給出吸附速率方程、脫附速率方程以及沉積速率方程,并通過區(qū)分貼壁吸附層、物理吸附層,重點研究了物理吸附層的脫附速率。選取有代表性的CO2、NH3、H2O以及N2H4等氣體,確定其物理吸附層脫附模型的參數(shù),得到了與經(jīng)驗脫附率曲線較為一致的理論脫附率曲線。分析了單組元肼催化分解姿控發(fā)動機對太陽能帆板的氣相沉積污染。

     

    Abstract: With the effect of the solid surface on the gas molecules in the gas phase plume deposition in mind, the characteristics of physical absorbance and chemical absorbance are ayalyzed, and the absorbance velocity equation, emission velocity equation and deposition velocity equation are obtained. The absorbance layer near the wall and the physical absorbance layer are distinguished and the emission velocity in the physical absorbance layer is studied. The appropriate emission velocity parameters are chosen for the representative gases CO2, NH3, H2O and N2H4. The theoretical emission velocity curves of CO2, NH3, H2O and N2H4 obtained are found agreeing with the empirical emission velocity curves in literature. And the gas phase plume contamination of the solar arrays from the monopropellant N2H4 catalyzing decomposition attitude control thruster is analyzed.
