航天器大型密封艙垂直進艙工裝設(shè)計

Design of support equipment for vertical access to spacecraft's large sealed cabin in ground assembly

  • 摘要: 文章根據(jù)大型密封艙總裝過程中垂直進艙的實際需求,結(jié)合航天器大型密封艙的結(jié)構(gòu)和布局特點,介紹了進艙吊籃、分段式組合梯和電機驅(qū)動3種垂直進艙工裝方案。在比較這3種方案優(yōu)缺點的基礎(chǔ)上,又從艙外總裝平臺特點、對密封艙艙體的影響、總裝環(huán)境適應(yīng)性和垂直進艙方案安全性等進行了分析。本進艙工裝方案可為未來航天器大型密封艙垂直進艙工裝的設(shè)計提供借鑒。

     

    Abstract: To achieve the vertical access to a large sealed cabin during the spacecraft assembly process and in view of the large cabin’s structure and layout features, this paper discusses the structural characteristics of three kinds of equipment for vertical access, i.e. the lifting basket, the segmented combination ladder, and the motor-driven device. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of three schemes, an analysis is made with regard to the features of the outside cabin assembly platform, the applicability to the assembly environment, and the security and the effect of vertical access to the cabin. This paper provides some guidance on the design and the evaluation of vertical access equipment for large spacecraft assembly.
