  • 摘要: 針對射頻電纜在低溫環(huán)境下扭轉(zhuǎn)阻力矩增大給某衛(wèi)星展開鎖定機構(gòu)可靠性帶來的不確定影響,,文章首先對射頻電纜低溫扭轉(zhuǎn)阻力矩進行測試試驗,之后分析了該阻力矩對展開鎖定機構(gòu)靜力矩裕度的影響,;在此基礎(chǔ)上對機構(gòu)的設(shè)計方案進行改進,,并通過仿真分析,驗證了改進后機構(gòu)能夠可靠展開,,展開時間,、沖擊力矩等指標滿足衛(wèi)星總體要求。

     

    Abstract: Based on the effect of the RF cable's low-temperature resistance torque On the deployable and lockable mechanism for a satellite. a test of the RF cable's resistance torque at lOW temperature is carried out. The effect of the resistance torque on the static torque budget of the deployable and lockable mechanism is analyzed. On the basis of the torque analysis, an improved design scheme of the mechanism is proposed. and the simulation analysis is conducted for the scheme. It is shown that the improved mechanism Call be deployed reliably, and the parameters, including its deployment time, the impact torque, and others, can meet the general requirements ofthe satellite system design.
