基于FEA的某真空容器封頭結(jié)構(gòu)的強度評定
Strength evaluation of the head of a vacuum vessel based on finite element analysis

摘要: 封頭是真空容器的重要組成部分,文章采用有限元法建立了某大型立式真空容器封頭與圓筒體連接段的模型,利用ANSYS分析軟件對球冠形封頭與筒體的幾種連接方案作了系列計算,并進行了應力分類及強度評定。在滿足設計要求的情況下從幾個改進方案中找出優(yōu)化設計結(jié)構(gòu),提高了結(jié)構(gòu)設計質(zhì)量。有限元分析結(jié)果為封頭的結(jié)構(gòu)設計與制造提供了理論依據(jù)與技術(shù)支持。Abstract: In the vacuum vessel, the head is an important part. With the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the static mechanical analysis is carried out for the joint between the head and the cylinder of a 22-meter-vessel, for its strength evaluation. The optimum structure among some improved designs is found, with better quality of structures. The results of the finite element analysis provide a theoretical and technological support for the structure design and production.
