Design and analysis of the cooling system’s remote monitoring system for spacecraft environment simulation test

  • 摘要: 文章基于航天器環(huán)模試驗(yàn)工藝循環(huán)水遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的測控需求,從應(yīng)用環(huán)境、開放性和可靠性等方面對常見的工業(yè)現(xiàn)場控制測控網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行比較分析,選擇基于工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)的PLC控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建,并在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)了該遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),以及主回路和用戶端的監(jiān)測、控制系統(tǒng)構(gòu)架,在滿足測控需求的同時(shí)提高循環(huán)水遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控的自動(dòng)化水平。

     

    Abstract: The cooling system for a spacecraft environment simulation test requires a robust remote monitoring system to meet the demands of different facilities appropriately, and to perform the data monitoring and the facility control promptly and efficiently. By comparing and analyzing the common industrial field control networks, a PLC network based on Ethernet is chosen to build up the required system, complete with the design of its topography, and the frame of the monitoring and control system for its main loop and the user end. This scheme, while meeting the monitoring requirements, enhances the automation level of the remote monitoring for the cooling system.
