典型細長體結(jié)構(gòu)的兩點激勵振動試驗設(shè)計

Dual-exciter vibration test design for a typical slender structur

摘要: 在傳統(tǒng)的細長體結(jié)構(gòu)的振動試驗中，通常采用單一振動臺，通過擴展臺面連接、多點平均控制的方式開展試驗，可能造成結(jié)構(gòu)不同部位的過試驗或欠試驗；而采用多個振動臺協(xié)同開展振動試驗可以模擬細長體結(jié)構(gòu)的多點載荷激勵，可提高試驗模擬的置信度。文章通過某典型細長體結(jié)構(gòu)，分析了傳統(tǒng)單點激勵振動試驗的問題，對該結(jié)構(gòu)兩點激勵振動試驗方案、夾具、控制等的設(shè)計情況進行了介紹，并給出了實際試驗結(jié)果。研究結(jié)果可為開展類似細長體結(jié)構(gòu)的兩點激勵振動試驗提供參考。

In this paper, the problem of the conventional single vibrator test for a typical slender structure is analyzed. The plan, the fixture and the control method of a dual-exciter vibration test for the slender structure ale proposed and the actual test results ale shown. These results Call be used in the dual. exciter vibration test design for other similar slender structures.
