電分離連接器對(duì)小衛(wèi)星星箭分離干擾分析

Analysis of satellite-rocket separation interfered by the electromagnetic-separation-electric-connector

  • 摘要: 電分離連接器是否成功分離是衛(wèi)星與火箭分離過(guò)程中一個(gè)重要的環(huán)節(jié)。文章以某小衛(wèi)星為工程背景,根據(jù)電分離連接器具有電分離(正常)和機(jī)械分離(非正常)兩種工作模式,給出了小衛(wèi)星在正常分離模式和非正常分離模式下的分離時(shí)序,建立了兩種分離模式下的分離力學(xué)模型,開(kāi)展了電分離連接器分離的仿真分析。結(jié)果表明:正常分離模式下,分離不存在干擾;非正常分離模式下存在少許分離干擾,但衛(wèi)星可以實(shí)現(xiàn)安全分離。

     

    Abstract: The successful separation of the Electromagnetic-Separation-Electric-Connector(ESEC) is an important prerequisite for the satellite-rocket separation. In this paper, some microsatellite is considered, whose ESEC has two kinds of separation modes: electric separation and mechanical separation. The separation time sequences in the normal and the abnormal separation modes are analyzed. Two mechanical models in the two separation modes are established. The interference with the satellite separation attitude by the mechanical separation force of the ESEC is simulated. The satellite separation attitude in the abnormal mode is compared with that in the normal mode.
