  • 摘要: 文章根據(jù)價值工程的管理思想，以提升我國航天項目價值為最終目標，在航天系統(tǒng)工程技術和項目管理的基礎上，從資源配置和使用角度對項目最優(yōu)價值的實現(xiàn)過程進行了項目資源管理實踐的總結(jié)，得出通過資源效用提升可以更好地實現(xiàn)項目價值的結(jié)論，較為系統(tǒng)地提出了航天項目資源效用提升的有效實施方法。

     

    Abstract: To take a full advantage of our country’s space project, the projects management experiences are discussed from the aspect of the allocation and utilization of resources based on the space systems engineering technology and project management according to the theory of value engineering. Proposals are made for more efficient utilization of resources in space projects.
