載人航天器壓力應(yīng)急環(huán)境著火危險性試驗研究

Experimental study of fire hazard in oxygen-rich and reduced-pressure conditions for manned spacecraft

  • 摘要: 載人航天器在壓力應(yīng)急環(huán)境下處于低壓高濃度氧環(huán)境。為了分析該環(huán)境下載人航天器在太空中飛行以及地面模擬試驗中的著火危險性,研制了低壓高濃度氧環(huán)境著火試驗裝置,并進(jìn)行了燃燒試驗。對載人航天器壓力應(yīng)急環(huán)境下材料的燃燒速度和點火能量等因素進(jìn)行分析研究,得到了壓力應(yīng)急工況的材料著火和燃燒的規(guī)律,并給出了火災(zāi)防范的建議。

     

    Abstract: When the manned spacecraft is in a pressure emergency condition, one may see low pressure and rich oxygen, In order to analyze the fire hazard on the manned spacecraft’s orbital flight and the ground simulation test, a combustion chamber which can simulate the oxygen-rich and reduced-pressure is developed. This paper analyzes the materials’ flame propagation rate and the threshold ignition energies of manned spacecraft in the pressure emergency condition, and the flammability characteristics of materials. Recommendations for fire preventions are proposed.
