A Vision of Using Virtual Assembly Technology in Spacecraft Assembly

  • 摘要: 虛擬裝配技術在最近十幾年得到迅速的發(fā)展，國外在該領域已經(jīng)取得豐碩的成果。文中首先提出在航天器總裝中應用虛擬裝配技術的的基本設想，同時闡述了虛擬裝配的內(nèi)涵。此設想幫助工藝人員作為數(shù)字工人提前介入設計。數(shù)字化預裝配是虛擬裝配中關鍵的一步，也是困難的一步，它為解決工藝性問題、評價設計狀態(tài)、縮短總裝時間提供了有效的途徑。

     

    Abstract: The conception of virtual assembly (VA) technology has been advanced in recent ten years. The concepts of VA and the vision of applying VA technology in spacecraft assembly are presented in this paper. The digital pre-assembly in advance is a key step of VA, which provides an effective way of solving technological problems, evaluating design states, and shortening assembly time.
