The damping mechanism of a kind of micro-isolator

  • 摘要: 文章對(duì)一種微幅隔振器的阻尼力機(jī)理進(jìn)行了研究,給出了牛頓流體阻尼力理論計(jì)算公式,提出了有效直徑的概念。利用Fluent軟件對(duì)該種微幅隔振器進(jìn)行了仿真,結(jié)果表明:阻尼力與等效活塞運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)間無關(guān),且局部阻尼力相比于沿程阻尼力過小,可以忽略,修正并驗(yàn)證了阻尼力理論計(jì)算公式。通過阻尼腔的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸及修正系數(shù)確定了有效直徑的數(shù)值,可為微幅隔振器的設(shè)計(jì)提供理論指導(dǎo)。

     

    Abstract: This paper studies the damping mechanism of a kind of micro-isolator, deduces the theoretical formula for the damping force of Newton nuid, and proposes the concept of effective diameteL Utilizing the software Fluent, simulations are carried out for the micro-isolator. It is shown that the damping force does not depend on the time of equivalent piston's movement, and compared to the frictional damping force, the local damping force is very small and can be ignored, then the theoretical formula of the damping force is obtained and validated. The value of the effective diameter is determined by the size of the danlping cavity and the correction coefficient, which can be used as a refbrence in the design of micro-isolator.
