Development of configuration software for control system of space environmental simulator based on Linux QT

  • 摘要: 文章主要介紹如何在Linux系統(tǒng)下建立一套空間環(huán)境模擬器控制系統(tǒng)組態(tài)軟件。首先給出該軟件設(shè)計的整體結(jié)構(gòu)與基本原理,軟件架構(gòu)基于QT平臺搭建;研發(fā)了一套針對Linux操作系統(tǒng)的OPC驅(qū)動,成功地實現(xiàn)了硬件設(shè)備和上位軟件之間的多對多通信;針對該驅(qū)動提出了掃描優(yōu)先級算法,這種算法相對于Windows下的順序掃描邏輯方式更加優(yōu)化而高效。該組態(tài)軟件已通過現(xiàn)場實際應用,控制效果良好,達到預期的結(jié)果。

     

    Abstract: This paper proposes a configuration software solution under the Linux operation system for the control of the space environment simulator, including the structure, the basic principle, a QT software frame and the dynamic data exchange scheme between the PLC and the computer. The OPC driver oriented for Linux is also developed for many-to-many communications between the hardware devices and the SCADA software. An algorithm named Scan PRI is then developed for the driver. This algorithm is optimized and is shown to be more efficient as compared with the "scan in sequence" approach in Windows. This configuration software enjoys a good control effect in practical projects.
