艙外航天服熱試驗外熱流模擬方法研究
Simulation of outer heat flux for extravehicular space suit

摘要: 出艙行走所必需的艙外航天服具有復(fù)雜外表面形狀,其空間外熱流極其復(fù)雜。文章對艙外航天服在熱試驗中所采用的外熱流模擬方法進(jìn)行了對比分析研究,結(jié)合航天服的特點(diǎn)對熱試驗中外熱流模擬的方式進(jìn)行了探討, 論證了用接觸式電加熱片及紅外加熱籠兩種外熱流施加方式的可行性,并通過分析的手段對不同熱試驗方法中施加的熱流和太空中的熱流大小及分布進(jìn)行了對比。Abstract: Owing to the complex form of extravehicular space suit, the outer heat flux is very complicated. Several different methods are used to simulate the outer heat flux for the extravehicular space suit, and the results are compared and analyzed. It is shown that one may either use contact electric heater or infrared cage in thermal test of extravehicular space suit.
