摘要: 文章對《Atlas V運(yùn)載火箭的研發(fā)——?jiǎng)恿W(xué)試驗(yàn)概況》一文的技術(shù)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了較全面的闡述,對Atlas V研制過程中所涉及的降低發(fā)射風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的系統(tǒng)工程方法,減少起飛振動(dòng)方面的技術(shù)工作、聲載荷及聲環(huán)境的試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證方法,模態(tài)和剛度試驗(yàn)技術(shù)及動(dòng)力學(xué)試驗(yàn)計(jì)劃綱要等動(dòng)力學(xué)環(huán)境試驗(yàn)內(nèi)容與特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)的分析與點(diǎn)評(píng),并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了利用混響室激勵(lì)方法開展全尺寸運(yùn)載火箭模態(tài)試驗(yàn)的建議。Abstract: The paper reviews the dynamic tests program for Atlas 5 HLV, which involves the acoustic testing, the vibration testing, the modal & stiffness testing, the slosh testing, the ground winds wind tunnel tests, the shock testing, the hot fire testing and the wind tunnel testing (7.9% scale model buffet/acoustics tests). It involves also the acoustic suppression water system concept which is used in Atlas V development to minimize the launch risk. In the end, the paper discusses the modal testing of the full scale launch vehicles.
