真空環(huán)境下航天器電纜溫升模型試驗(yàn)研究

The temperature rise model of spacecraft cables in vacuum environment

  • 摘要: 航天器電纜溫度過高會造成電纜的損毀,影響整星供電安全,。文章中設(shè)計(jì)并進(jìn)行了真空環(huán)境下電纜溫升試驗(yàn),。參考電纜的輻射溫升公式對試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,并采用最小二乘法對試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行辨識得到了電纜溫升模型,。仿真表明模型預(yù)計(jì)電纜溫度與試驗(yàn)溫度相差較小,,可應(yīng)用于航天器電纜網(wǎng)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)、航天器在軌負(fù)載平衡以及航天器功率電纜的反時(shí)限保護(hù),。

     

    Abstract: High temperature might damage the spacecraft cables and even harm the safety of the spacecraft power supply. To build a temperature rise model of the spacecraft cable, a temperature test for cables was designed and carried out. The test data were analyzed according to the radiation law of the cables, and the model of describing the temperature rise of the cables was obtained by the least squares method. The model, validated by the simulation with its predicted temperature being very close to the measured temperature in the test, can be used in the optimization design of the spacecraft cable network, the balance of the payload of the spacecraft in orbit, and the inverse-time protection of the spacecraft cables.
