The measurement & test techniques for electrical performances of the spacecraft solar cell arrays

摘要: 文章介紹了航天器太陽電池陣電性能技術(shù)指標(biāo)，分析了影響測試的技術(shù)條件，如光譜、光照強(qiáng)度、溫度、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)太陽電池、光照均勻度、光照穩(wěn)定度、測試系統(tǒng)等。文章還介紹了脈沖式太陽模擬器的工作原理，提出了在航天器太陽電池電性能測試方面的發(fā)展方向和今后要解決的技術(shù)問題。

Abstract: This paper presents the technical specifications for the electrical performances of spacecraft solar cell arrays, as well as the working principle of the measurement & test system based on the pulse solar simulator, and analyzes the effects of technical conditions on the measurement & test, such as spectrum, irradiation intensity, temperature, standard solar cell, illumination uniformity, illumination stability, and the measurement & test system. The future development and related technical issues on the electrical performance test are put forward.
