航天器污染控制與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作

Contamination Control and Standardization of Spacecraft

摘要: 污染控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是航天產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量體系的重要組成部分，通過污染控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化可以增加產(chǎn)品可靠性、安全性以及降低成本。文章主要總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外污染控制和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作狀況，說明這些標(biāo)準(zhǔn)貫穿于航天產(chǎn)品的原材料、計(jì)劃、設(shè)計(jì)和研制全部過程，以及介紹了污染控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化方面的進(jìn)展情況。

Abstract: Standards of contamination control are an important part of quality system for space products, which ensure the product quality. Reliability and safety can be increased and cost can be reduced by standardization of contamination control. It is crucial that standardization system of contamination control is established with respect to the special requirement of space system. The status of standardization of contamination control is summarized in this paper, including planning, designing, implementing, and verifying of an adequate contamination control program for all levels of spacecraft hardware development. The progress in contamination control standardization is discussed.
