摘要: 為了確保衛(wèi)星及其產(chǎn)品不帶問題出廠、不帶隱患上天,，進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)、全面的衛(wèi)星可靠性安全性設(shè)計(jì)專項(xiàng)審查,，從衛(wèi)星總體層面去把握衛(wèi)星各系統(tǒng)和單機(jī)的安全性、可靠性,，找出影響衛(wèi)星安全性和可靠性的問題和薄弱環(huán)節(jié),，并及時(shí)采取有效措施加以改造，對(duì)于衛(wèi)星研制是十分必要和有效的手段,。文章基于如何立足衛(wèi)星總體層面進(jìn)行可靠性,、安全性設(shè)計(jì)審查提出了一套具體的思路及方法。

Abstract: In order to ensure that the satellite and its products are delivered flawless, a design review of the global reliability and security of a satellite is necessary. The potential problems and weaknesses affecting the safety and reliability of the satellite are to be found in the design review. Then timely and effective measures can be taken to deal with all these problems and weaknesses. This paper proposes a set of concepts and methods for the design review of the global reliability and security of a satellite.
