摘要: 科技信息研究是科技發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究的基礎(chǔ)，是科學(xué)決策的依據(jù)。文章歸納了科技信息研究中涉及的幾個(gè)重要方面，包括科技信息研究在科技發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略決策各環(huán)節(jié)中的作用、科技信息研究的選題檢索、成果體現(xiàn)與評(píng)價(jià)的基本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及科技信息研究人員的素質(zhì)要求等，得出了有關(guān)結(jié)論和啟示。

Abstract: The research of the science and technology information is the basis of the studies of the strategies of the science and technology development and the scientific decision-making. This paper summarizes several important issues involved in the study of science and technology information, including the role of scientific and technological research in the development of science and technology strategy, the selection and search of science and technology information topics and the evaluation of science and technology information research, as well as the role of the quality of personnel.
